Thailand Hotel Law
The rental unit daily or weekly basis is against to Thailand Hotel Law B.E2547(2004) Article 15 and 59: Violator shall be Subject to imprisonment for no longer than 1 year or a fine of not more than 20,000 Baht or both, and fines of 10,000 Baht per day for the whole period of violation.
